Administrative Support Transcriptionist Jobs Vacancy in Signature Associates Toledo Jobs Details:

Top commercial/industrial real estate brokerage firm in Northwest Ohio has an opportunity for Administrative Support/Transcriptionist in our Toledo office.

Qualified candidate will be extremely detail oriented, have a great attitude, be able to multi-task and work efficiently with limited direction and maintain confidentiality. Excellent written and oral communication, typing skills (primarily transcribing dictation), as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Acess and Excel), Adobe Photoshop Elements, Acrobat and be adaptable to working with proprietary software programs as well as various internet-based databases/programs.

Candidate should have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of previous office experience with knowledge of English Language Arts being well versed in using proper grammar and punctuation, general business office and knowledge of marketing desirable. Minimum high school diploma required, however, an Associate's Degree or greater would be preferable. Previous real estate related background also preferred, but not required.

Job responsibilities include:

Transcription/typing of correspondence, proposals, contracts, etc. using Microsoft Outlook and Word

  • Typing - 75 wpm or higher
  • Answering multi-line phones and directing calls.
  • Adaptability: adapts well to changes in assignments and priorities with a positive attitude.
  • Provide administrative support to our sales team.
  • Ability to navigate the Internet for research purposes.
  • Ability to learn new software programs as needed.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment such as copiers, printers and fax machines and filing.
  • Ability to answer multi-line phone and route calls.
