You have a passion for learning teamed with good business sense and time management and can manage your clients’ expectations effectively. You have earned a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and have one to two years of academic experience in your field.
About the job
As a CRM Business Analyst, you are the vital link between our clients and our consultants, during the initial phases of projects. You are responsible for identifying, developing and putting into practice CRM solutions. Your skills in project management and business process development and implementation help your clients achieve their business objectives, and you’re responsible for training them to become confident in using the latest systems and technologies.
Day-to-day, you will:
Help to translate your clients’ needs into CRM solutions, including requirements approval, communication, traceability and reuse
Make sure that functional requirements are communicated accurately to the development and test teams
Partner with multi-functional technology teams to integrate solutions
Stay abreast of updates and new releases in CRM technologies
Teach your clients how to use CRM effectively
Travel as required - at times could be 80% of the work week.
You’re an excellent communicator, with good client management skills. You love partnering with your clients to develop and run CRM systems. You have around two years of relevant experience already.
You have knowledge of:
Putting business solutions into practice and CRM systems
Reviewing, crafting, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts.
Consulting with external clients
Working with clients as well as global and offshore teams.
