SEREShas over 10 years of experience providing engineering consulting, regulatorycompliance and operational support to Federal, State and Local governments;chemical / industrial manufacturing companies; transportation / distributionoperations; engineering firms; contractors; law firms; financial institutions;and maintenance / repair facilities
Summary of Position:
The Mid to Senior Environmental Project Manager will have5-10 years of experience and be responsible for providing project/clientmanagement, general writing and technical support for proposals and projectsmanaged from our Wilmington, DE office. The successful candidate willimmediately become part of our team, and will be working on projects for USArmy Corp of Engineers-Baltimore and New England Districts.
The Environmental PM will have four main responsibilitieswhich will include: 1) project management 2) proposal, plan and report writing,3) frequent interaction with client/regulators, and 4) directing/mentoringjunior- to mid-level employees in proper proposal/report writing and field workimplementation. The writing responsibilities will include directly overseeingthe writing of Planning Documents (Work Plans, Corrective Action Plans, QAPPs,SAPs, Construction QA/QC Plans, Erosion Control Plans, etc.) and Final Reports(UST Closure and Reporting Documents, Phase I/II Reports, RI Reports, FSReports, RCRA Facility Investigations, Corrective Measures Studies, etc.).
Working remotely is acceptable.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an engineering or sciencediscipline. Examples include: Civil Engineering (with an emphasis towardsenvironmental disciplines);Environmental Engineering; Geosciences (geology,geochemistry, hydrogeology, geotechnical);Chemical Engineering; Chemistry;Biology; Environmental Science
Must have 5+ years of environmental consulting experience
Other specific experience that will be evaluated includes: Demonstrated Proposal and Report Writing Ability; Extensive Knowledge ofFieldwork Procedures and maintaining Quality Control during those procedures;Ability to handle routine Project Responsibilities with minimal over-sight anddirection from the Program Manager; Ability to identify problems as they occurand work with the Project Team to brainstorm and implement solutions.

Computer literate with working knowledge of GIS, Word,Excel, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint
Special Consideration will be given to candidates who have:

Understanding of Chemistry as it relates to EnvironmentalSoil, Water and Air Analysis
Professional Registration or Ability to get ProfessionalRegistration. Examples Include:
40 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Training
Current 8-hour OSHA HAZWOPER refresher
